The 1930s was a time of great hardship for many people due to the big depression, so when Spring arrived it was a welcome relief from the cold dark Winter.

Dressed in a nice warm knitted outfit, our lady here is holding onto her hat in case the wind dislodges it.
Stitched using Black, Grey's Green's and Gold Filament.
