The dress code for the medieval era was one of grace, grandeur, richness and elegance. Often full of colour and elaborate embellishments. The blackwork embroidery was often finished off with the lavish use of Gold filaments.

Our shy graceful lady here is dressed in the flowing robes of the time. a veil is attached to her head dress and the large bloused sleeves and centre panel of the dress finished off with gold blending filament.
